Application For Returning Families

We are so excited to welcome your family back to our nurturing community! We’re honored that you’ve chosen to return, and we can’t wait to continue supporting your child’s development.​

Application Process for Returning Families

To make the process as smooth as possible for our returning families, we’ve streamlined our application steps. Please follow the steps below to secure your child’s spot for the upcoming year.

  1. Review and Complete Enrollment Agreement:
    Read through the enrollment agreement, sign and return hard copy document to Maayan. 

     

  2. Enrollment Application Form Below:
    Choose the days per week that best fit your family's needs for the upcoming year in the application below. These selections will be reviewed and approved by Maayan.

  3. Confirmation:
    Once we’ve received your completed application, we’ll send a confirmation email to confirm the days per week that have been selected.

  4. Deposit:
    After the Enrollment Agreement is finalized and your schedule is confirmed, Maayan will send an invoice for the deposit. This deposit applies to the last month of enrollment and must be paid to secure your child’s spot for the 2025–2026 school year.
    Please note: Your child’s enrollment is not fully secured until the deposit payment is received.
